Video marketing is all about using videos as a strategic sales and marketing tool. Many companies produce videos that are pretty to look at but don’t end up delivering a result or they are not goal oriented.

In this video, we use a customer story to talk about the service they received from Mountainside Animal Hospital in North Vancouver, BC. The purpose of this video was to drive engagement and build awareness.

The story that Dan tells was elicited by asking questions about why he needed the service, what the experience was like and how he felt during and afterwards.

This video was posted on Mountainside Animal Hospital’s Facebook Page and YouTube Channel. Their website is currently undergoing redevelopment so the video hasn’t been posted there.
