What do you think is more important when it comes to you and your business and/or profession? Is being more visible better than having better ability. I believe that we tend to perceive those that we see regularly as more authoritative and trustworthy.

Where those people can really have an impact is when they’re also incredibly capable at their job. That’s why I push for my professional clients to use videos regularly, so they can develop that sense of authority by being more and more visible.

And I usually only work with people who are great at their job, so I’m not worried about promoting people who shouldn’t be promoted 🙂 What do you think? Which is more important in your industry?
