Strategy, Coaching, and Production for Your Business

Use video to support your sales and marketing, with strategy, coaching, and production built around how your customers find and choose you. We can also work with your digital marketing partner or in-house team so the videos fit your wider sales and marketing strategy.

How the Video

Trust Framework Works

We look at your offer, how people find you, and what happens from first contact through your sales process.
We identify who you want to reach, what brought them to you, what they need to know at that point, and what might stop them moving forward.
We decide where video can help, what each needs to communicate, and where people should encounter it.
Your team can use the strategy, or we can write the scripts, coach the people on camera, produce the videos, and prepare them for their intended use.

Help buyers understand the fit, the offer, and the proof.

A Strategic Video Foundation helps buyers recognize a fit, understand your offer, resolve doubts, and hear from people you’ve helped. Together, the videos build familiarity and confidence before a conversation.

We look at how buyers find and evaluate you, where they hesitate, and what they need to take the next step.

How Videos Help Your Business

Your videos should help buyers recognize they’re in the right place, understand your offer, and feel more confident taking the next step. A business introduction shows you understand their problem and can help, while product, service, or program videos explain what you offer, how it works, and what to expect. FAQ videos address doubts, objections, and important questions buyers may not know to ask. Testimonials let clients who represent the work you want more of share why they chose you, what the experience was like, and what changed. The mix and number of videos depend on your buyers’ questions, with FAQs and testimonials often needing several. Each video should also stand on its own, since people won’t necessarily watch in order.

There’s no magic number of touchpoints, but these videos give buyers repeated opportunities to get to know you on their own terms. They can revisit an answer or share it with other decision-makers, knowing everyone hears the same explanation. We handle message development, scripts, coaching, and production. When YouTube is part of the plan, we also set up your channel positioning, banner, description, and playlists; guide you through the required verification steps; and prepare thumbnails and descriptions before you upload your videos.

Video Marketing Services We Offer

Remote Guided Video Foundation

Your team records at your location while we guide the process remotely. We prepare the setup and scripts, rehearse with you, and guide the recording live. Your team operates the equipment; we edit the footage and prepare the publishing materials.

Video Sales Letters (VSLs)

Give interested buyers a clear reason to act. A video sales letter makes a focused case for an offer and invites the viewer to act. Often used on a landing page, it addresses the concerns behind an inquiry, booking, or purchase. We develop the message around how people reach the offer and what they need to know. The video, page copy, and call to action should support the same decision. We coordinate that with your marketing team or agency. A VSL can be a first project or part of a wider set of videos.

Ongoing Video Production

Build a visible body of work that gives buyers reasons to choose you. Help buyers see how you think, how you work, and what you help customers achieve. Ongoing production builds a visible body of expertise they can discover and return to as they consider working with you. Videos can cover industry issues, explain a difficult choice, show a case study, or demonstrate your work. We also create offer introductions and answers to questions that delay sales decisions. We call videos that demonstrate useful reasoning or expertise Authority Content. They give buyers reasons to consider your approach. With important questions answered before contact, sales conversations can start further along and sales cycles may be shorter. We’ll agree on the schedule, publishing responsibilities, and how to assess the work.

Video Strategy and Planning

Know where video can help your business and what to prioritize. We examine a priority offer, its audience, and your sales process to identify where video could help. That can include reviewing your existing videos and sales materials. You get clear priorities: Which videos to make first, what each needs to say, where it belongs, and what happens after someone watches. Your team, marketing partner, another producer, or Kwan Multimedia can put the plan to work. Strategy for the agreed videos is already included when we handle production.

YouTube Strategy for Business

A useful YouTube library helps people discover your business, see how you work, and share your answers with other decision-makers. YouTube, owned by Google, helps viewers find videos through search and personalized recommendations. Videos can continue to be discovered long after you publish them, and eligible videos can also appear in Google Search. For a local business, that creates another opportunity to be found by potential customers in its service area. Its audience may be broader than you expect. Pew Research Center found that 85% of U.S. adults aged 50 to 64 use YouTube. We shape the channel around the people you need to reach, the questions they care about, and your sales and marketing goals. Get help with the strategy alone or with channel setup, message development, production, and publishing. I've published on YouTube since 2009 and built a presentation-focused channel to more than 128,000 subscribers and 17 million views. I bring that practical experience to the work we do together.

Presentation and On-Camera Coaching

Make your expertise easier to understand. Help your audience understand why your expertise matters to them. I work with you on the message, structure, and delivery, with rehearsal that helps you feel prepared and sound like yourself. I draw on executive presentation-coaching experience with government agencies and global brands. We practice for the situations you face: customer or partner presentations, networking, speaking engagements, and video. Coaching is available separately and is part of our production work.

Video Production Training

Learn to record, edit, and publish your own videos. Learn to make videos in-house with the equipment you have. We cover your filming space, phone or camera settings, sound, lighting, editing, and publishing to YouTube. We focus on the technical skills you need and a repeatable workflow for your planned videos. Work on one step or the full process over several sessions.

Working Together

When we produce your videos, you work directly with me from strategy through delivery. You bring your expertise and review the message; I develop the scripts, rehearse with you, and handle production or guide your team’s recording. We agree where the videos will be used and who will publish them. We also agree on useful indicators, such as relevant inquiries, outreach replies, or better-prepared prospects, and what follow-up support is included. Any review looks at how the videos are used and what the response tells us.

A Few Practical

Questions

No weekly posting commitment is required. YouTube can help people discover you or hold videos you share in sales conversations. We recommend how to use it around your buyers and goals.
Yes. We can coordinate with them and provide the agreed videos, publishing materials, and placement guidance.
No. Bring your business challenge and goals. We help decide which videos to make and what to create first. You don’t need a script or production plan.
We rehearse before filming and coach you throughout. You can pause, make adjustments, and record in short sections. You don’t need to be a performer.
No. I write the scripts and refine the wording with you during rehearsal. A teleprompter helps you deliver naturally without memorizing every line.
Yes. We prepare your team and guide the recording remotely, then edit the footage. The Remote Guided Video Foundation includes this approach.
Typically four to six weeks for a foundational set, with filming usually completed in one prepared day. Scope and scheduling affect the timeline; we agree on it before starting.
Usually at your office, workplace, home, or a job site. I review the space and plan the setup before filming or guiding your team remotely.
Yes, including YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. We recommend the platform and format around your audience and purpose, rather than publishing everywhere.
Long enough to answer the viewer’s question and support their next step. A service explanation may need more time than a simple answer. We keep it focused on what the audience needs.
We recommend the work after discussing your needs. Your proposal sets out what’s included, the price, and the timing.
