Sitka Coast Construction approached us with two distinct goals: First, they wanted to show the amazing home they worked on with the goal of attracting new clients; and second, they wanted to enter the project for various renovation and design awards.

The Solution

The solution we offered was to create three videos to achieve different business objectives, while also leveraging the same video footage.

The first would be a full walkthrough video of the renovation project to show off the details of the incredible work that was completed by Sitka Coast Construction.

The second video was a short video ad that was also for social media sharing to create brand awareness. We repurposed footage from the main walkthrough video to create this highly shorter video.

And the third video was the testimonial video you see here, featuring the owners of the home describing their experience working with Sitka Coast Construction. Hearing the clients share their experience of working with Sitka Coast Construction helps potential clients feel comfortable about working with Sitka Coast Construction.

In order to create the greatest impact with the testimonial, Kwan Multimedia came up with questions that would elicit responses to help Sitka Coast Construction stand out from their competition. We combined this with footage of Sitka Coast Construction’s Tui Kanuka interacting with the homeowners.

The Result

Sitka Coast Construction, at the time of this posting, is a finalist in two categories for the 2022 National Awards of the Canadian Home Builders Association. The project in the video was named a finalist in Best Kitchen Renovation and Best Whole Home Renovation.
